Q: How do I pay for my order?

A:  Select the item you want, click BUY NOW, then fill in your contact info and shipping address, and enter checkout page to fulfill the payment with the payment method you choose.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We currently accept payment through PayPal. Please make sure your order receiving address is the same as the address you use in your paypal account, otherwise the payment may not come through successfully.
If you want to use other payment methods like Western Union, Money Gram or Bank Transfer, please contact our customer service for further information.

Q: What's the order dispatch and delivery time?

A: Usually we ship the hair within 24 hours. For items not in stock, we will contact you and let you know. Shipment is processed via Fedex/DHL. Estimated delivery time: to the USA via FedEx 2-4 workdays, to Canada via DHL: 3-5 workdays, to Europe via DHL(or GES): 3-7 workdays, to Australia via DHL: 3-7 workdays, to Africa via DHL/FedEx: 5-10 workdays;

Kind reminders:

1. Some countries and regions may not have express shipping services, please check with seller in advance to find out.
2. P.O Box address cannot be delivered via express shipping. Also make sure the shipping address is the same as the address you set in paypal account, otherwise the payment may not come through successfully.

Q: Are there any customs duties?

A: Normally there will be no customs duties for express shipping methods. But in circumstances where there is, it shall be paid by recipient of the package.

Hair Care and Usage

Q: Does the hair smell?

Our hair is 100% chemical-free without any harsh smell. We care about our customers' health just as much as we value your beauty. But kindly be advised that there may be a slight shampoo smell left on the hair due to pre dispatch treatment.

Q: Can the hair be dyed or bleached?

A: Yes and yes. Generally it is easier to dye the hair tinto darker colors. We highly recommend that you have your hairdresser dye the hair, because coloring them yourself usually poses a high risk of not coming out the shade you want. If you can not get to a salon, always use good quality hair dye and do a test run first.

Q: Will the hair be shedding or tangling?

A: Shedding: A few strands initial shedding on new hair is normal. After one wash it will go away and no more shedding to be concerned about;
Tangle: Usually, our hair will not tangle because it is cuticle intact human hair. However, dryness, oil & dirt build-up, salt water or not combing out daily will lead to tangle and shedding. Please follow hair care instruction and use good shampoo & conditioner to wash hair twice a week.

Q: What type of hair care products should I use?

A: Treat the hair same way as we do our own natural hair. Use good quality shampoo and conditioning products in a timely manner. Conditioning is vital to keep the hair soft and manageable, you can use leave-in conditioner. Also use products like gel and hair spray to keep curl patterns, but make sure to wash your hair and not to leave these products in for long time.
